Description

Charben Ben has had 3 crops for me after purchasing him direct from his breeder. He was shown only once in 2021, where he was Clun Forest Male Champion at the Great Yorkshire Show and Reserve Overall Clun Forest to my own ewe. Charben Ben has added carcass size and strength to my flock, he is well thought of as a stock sire.

The Nipna Flock of Clun Forest Sheep was established in 2017 and quickly has become a leading flock in the society. They were awarded the Medium Flock of the year in the 2021 Flock inspections (run every four years). Nipna keeps some 80 purebred ewes and a further 200-250 Clun mule flock to produce fat lambs for the market as well as replacement breeding ewes for themselves and other flocks. In 2022 they were also awarded the society awards for Exhibitor of the year, Male of the year and Female of the year.
